Hoping one of your Assistants read this. Please make the announcements on job cuts. It is difficult to work in an environment where you know an ax is about to drop. Pleading with you to let us know.

Does Macy's have a rule for how many hours or days a manager can change my schedule? I've looked in MyHR and can't find anything. My people leader said 72 hours. I'm in California. I've had my schedule last minute with only 24 hours notice

Is it still the policy that stores with annual gross under $10M don't have a store manager, but are overseen by the nearest main store manager?

According to the DVP after 6 straight years of avoiding the chopping block, NJ is not going to be as lucky this year. Does anyone have an idea of which 2 NJ stores are going to be closing?
