Most stores do not get the merchandise to execute the project, let alone maintaining it. we spend countless hours doing floor moves that just pi----g off the customers. im sure in most stores 2130 havent checked a fitting room ever

Every Single Retailer does prep for a visit. Get over it. Understand the group visiting clearly knows the store does not 'look' like that all time. Do you honestly believe that you are fooling people? Would you walk into a any store that's clean and neat (high volume) and believe it's that way all the time? It's also a process to snap back stores.
I've shopped at other retailers and even without the inventory tags I can see when they are prepping for it. Or even when they are getting prepared for a visit, you see staff everywhere complaining & cleaning.

Yes, I watched a visual lead and merchandiser bs all day as we struggle on the sales floor on a Saturday and at best... got on theato and asked who was on the register
Every divisional and regional mgr works out of a store, every day. Yet we put on this show as if our store real l y looks perfect and they play along. All are aware the we are under resourced, but would rather feed their ego during the a visit
But its all about the customer
