Read what the terms are for the severance agreement. What you sign is legally binding. Sometimes it will state that you are not allowed to talk to the news media or say things about the company on social media networks.
Exactly. Same as any other severance package anywhere. Take the money and walk away.
Your not allow to talk bad about the company or employees nor can you sue the company or employees yet they can talk bad about you all they want.. thats the Macys way !
