My store had an OOM and SMM. The OOM position was eliminated so now I'm betting that the Ops will go back to the SMM. Double duty for that person since they're not a CXM
I'm in a small store. THoughts?

There is no point of a Visual Manager without a staff. ISM does not work in this scenario. These are specialized colleagues

How about specialized selling teams like stylists? Are they being affected?

I have to assume that any SMM that is a former Visual Mgr will move back into a Visusl Mgr position

The Visual Manager will report to the Store Manager, they will decide who they hire into that role.

What about the Visual Captains who are pretty much brand new…? I have a hard time believing they’ll all automatically be moved into a salaried position.
