Rumors are flying that the field maintenance is getting tired of the manufacturing plants BS. poor service, poor communication, soaring cost, safety missed, etc. Poor leadership here at DMC is going to cost us jobs again.

My pay was cut, but I still have a job. in fact, now I have two to make up for what I lost.

I am a little worried because the atmosphere is very tense. I don't know how much truth is in them, but there are already rumors that layoffs are inevitable. Any new insight about possible layoffs to share?

Told in a staff meeting today that we need to hold the line on cost and expeditures. Any other departments in the same boat. I guess this is in anticipation for the global slowdown.
