Hiring alot of new people, one section has all of the work subbed outside & our guys are going home due to no work or “no programs”, but “the order book is full” what could really be going on? Also the parking lot isn’t accommodating all of the new faces.. something isn’t adding up?

Just keep producing the industry worst plugs & float equipment - we will all be wearing blue or grey in no time.
They are hiring up because maintenance is coming back to us.
Regarding the above, wait until the cost of poor quality, starts showing up in the field.
And, in the long established tradition/policy of passing the buck, the field hand will be blamed.
Must be picking up the migrants coming across the border from Mexico into Texas and bussing them to Lafayette on H1B visas. They will work for pennies on the dollar. Immigration working at its best. Keeping cost down while throwing bodies into the fire.
