Focal point was handed out in North Belt this week. I wonder if this paltry amount was management appeasement for the masses to keep them inline or is this the baseline to determine who gets canned due to their high wage.

I got 4.5%... I'm just happy we got one.. honestly I wasn't expecting one this year.

What is paltry amount? The average was 3%, and the managers had some discretion in adjusting the rates for their employees.
