Rumors are flying that the field maintenance is getting tired of the manufacturing plants BS. poor service, poor communication, soaring cost, safety missed, etc. Poor leadership here at DMC is going to cost us jobs again.

Field folks are tired of sending their equipment there to be repaired, then having to do repairs after receiving it back.
Looks to be true heard 2day from reliable source some or all of field gonna start doing their own maintenance, we'll see if it happens!
I could see this happen seems like most of ppl trying to get hired get a rejection letter so probably something going on DMC toxic place with management!
Hopefully the show today to try ro save us. Save your money men.

Dam it my husband works in the truck shop. I hope we can find a new job quickly ig this happens.
