Since the early 1990s.... Diversity training and forced attendence required by non management AT&T employees in Central NJ: PISCATAWAY, Bridgewater....Basking Ridge..NJ ! If only if T customers knew how much $$$$$ was being spent to create a Socialist La-La land! Very evident that Hispanic and African Americans were the favored demographics. I didn't get warm fuzzies....I wonder why?
AT&T GLOBAL FRAUD MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION.., Piscataway NJ....! Year after year..... diversity training,.....blah blah blah.... Millions spent on DEI mandatory classes for non management. TEAM BUILDING excercises weekends. How nice! What about obeying Federal rules in regards to the religious beliefs of employees that were forced to work on their Sabbath days.? Yes...labor union COMMUNICATIONS OF AMERICA! WHY DIDN'T YOU DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT???
Funny the ones that have their own exclusive race based award shows, tv stations, magazines and “historical” schools etc. holler the loudest about racism and discrimination. They are all for DEI that excludes by identify because they can check a box, discrimination is ok then, lol.😆
Propaganda bullsh-t 90 percent of all american manager jobs are controlled by white men.
There are a lot of young people, mainly young men sitting out of the work force because they were deemed unhirable based on DEI filters. Now maybe they will have an opportunity to live their dreams too, woke is broke!
AT&T past DEI emails with year end stats showed that minorities were over represented by US demographics for upper to lower rank employees. The only group that wasn’t was the c suite which are a very small percentage of total employees.
The company actively supported the hiring, promoting, etc. using the selective discriminatory DEI filters which excluded others who didn’t fit their identity criteria. It is definitely a violation of the Civil Rights Act, just like Affirmative Action was shown to be discriminatory and was subsequently struck down by the US Supreme Court for excluding Asians and Caucasians.
@d4+1jns6vyfn propaganda bullsh-t, America is still 90 percent white male in management positions. dum--ss
race baiting. take your propaganda bullsh-t somewhere else dimwit.
How about getting rid of the pronoun email signatures...so stupid.
I used to work for a 3rd level Hispanic male that quit at 40 years of age - had about 20 yrs svc and no degree. SBC was looking for minority business to buy Ad Tran channel units so he had his hispanic wife open up a minority womens bs and did a pass thru.
The orders would fax to him, she would fax to Ad Tran, Ad Tran would ship to SBC and bill the minority woman who would pay and then she would bill SBC 2x's.
Are we still paying companies that have a track record of outright being hateful and msygonistic. Which is a violation of our code of business conduct and ethics.
Great news!
I wonder if this has anything to do with ATTs missing their net sub numbers in January?
Dont get upset when t offers a minority company a contract because of a better deal.
Nope and email came out today mentioning it.
"Are we still sending money to “black owned” companies so they can be the middle man as they send the money to the companies actually doing the work?"
It said T is going to end any diversity initiatives with their supply chain and focus on supporting small business.
Are we still sending money to “black owned” companies so they can be the middle man as they send the money to the companies actually doing the work?
And yes that is/was actually happening.
Just so we could virtue signal.
That is good news, but I don't want to hear you bi--hing and complaining when a person of color gets promoted over you.
Hiring, firing & promotions should be 100% merit based & never factor in demographics.
I have known this for a few months. This is great news.
