It is 5 days. Presence report being compared with badge swipe. Had a call last week with our team going over this and she advised they are looking at this closely, so sounds like they are just setting up this up for targeted layoffs.

3 days RTO is absolutely returning and here’s why:
- Over the last four years, considerable time and effort has been spent on our aggressive DEI efforts. The hardest aspect of the DEI program is employee retention.
- Up until now, 5 day RTO has been applied unevenly to the targeted and unfavored employees, this needs to stop due to increased scrutiny and awareness, exposing us to lawsuits.
- 3 day RTO will be rolled out for everybody shortly to cover up any wrong doing.
A couple of the groups at ATL have gone back to 3x8 because there's simply not enough room for some of the people. Haven't heard anything of a broader roll out though.
