Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

T needs DOCE (Department of Corporate Efficiency)

What are you waiting for John? Instead of laying off people who don’t want to come to the crowded offices, why not get rid of those who do nothing and getting paid big $$$. Would that make more sense if you have a common sense?

The Stink has no common sense. Unless it comes to filling the Stink's bank account, or finding jobs for his daughter.

Stink is the biggest POS!

What DEI has to do with those who do nothing and making big $$$? To my knowledge these are mostly white men in Principal or Senior role, not minority or people of color. They are in their forties or fifties and were promoted because they know someone who knows someone. Their positions can easily be eliminated. I excluded C-suite because that is different animal.

Who do you think files the first civil rights lawsuit against DEI? Employee, former employee, government or constitutional lawyer?

IMO, I think the state or federal attorney will send a letter stating AT&T is in violation then if ignored a lawsuit will follow and maybe lose contracts.

Why one or the other? Maybe we need one and the other.

But what about the DEI goals? What about the statements about needing to get younger and reflecting our communities? How would getting rid of low performers serve the greater good of their diversity goals? Seriously, the #FCC and #DOJ would really like to know. Please elaborate.
