Frequent layoffs are the norm now. We went from enjoying job security to not having any. I miss the good old days.
I NO LONGER CARE.....
Fiserv has a few H1B holders that are spying or other companies or countries. Not sure if they are part of the same group. Cyberteam in the United States please be aware of this if not already aware. I am just trying to make it to my Fiserv layof... — read more
Mike Lyons notes this month. Company is in good shape.
Read about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fiserv/comments/1rysxi8/fiserv_fisv_ceo_at_wells_fargo_paymentsfintech/ No layoffs.
The talent pool has dried up
Fiserv used to have its pick of top candidates. Now the pay and benefits are so poor that only the people who can't get hired elsewhere will take jobs here. Half the workforce is undervalued and it shows in the quality of new hires.
It’s in the news!
Global financial services company Fiserv Solutions will eliminate 118 positions at its Berkeley Heights location. The layoffs are planned between March 31 and May 31, according to a WARN notice filed this month.
Layoffs
It is my understanding that the company is planning to lay off a significant number of employees who are directly responsible for day-to-day execution. In light of this, it would be advisable to also evaluate the structure and effectiveness of the... — read more
Fiserv Stock Watch - Ouchies
Another 2% down day. This on the news from one of our clients downgrading us. Do something Mike. Besides following Frank's layoff now and later plan.
Whatever happened to K.C.?
Seems like it was a couple of years ago that Frank said there’d be a new campus in Kansas City. Did those plans get shelved?
Coral Building Sold Today
Memo went out that Coral campus was sold, but we're in a lease back agreement and will stay from 18-36 months until Fiserv finds a new campus. They are staying in South Florida, that much was clear. Where to next? Hoping it's not Miami.
Why hasnt this place been taken over yet?
Much like when First Data came in, why hasn't anyone else scooped in to take over and acquire the client base? Only thing of value are the customers we still have. Seems the place is ripe for the taking.
REALITY Peak Bureaucracy : 1.5 months wasted on a "trivial" non-issue.
A simple policy clarification and ended up in a 6-week loop of "alignment calls" and "deep dives" with multiple teams. It felt like explaining basic math to people determined to make it calculus. After 45 days of overcomplicating the simplest... — read more
Big money
Just know that here only big people make the most money with this company. Grade 10 and below will be kept at the lowest level on purpose for years so that they don’t have to pay more and can keep working like robots :(
How is the Clover sales team doing in Coral Springs?
How is the Clover inside sales team doing in Coral Springs? Fiserv laid off the entire inside sales team in Marietta GA early Jan. Stock is still down.... hopefully they can get their sh$$ together
Something went wrong, guess who's explaining
Another issue, another meeting where leadership sits back while someone from our level gets asked to explain. The people who made the decision are once again nowhere to be found. It's always the same: blame rolls downhill and we're at the bottom. I... — read more
Sabotage
Have you ever worked for a company that constantly works against you being productive? Not just not helpful, actively makes it harder and harder to do your job? For the stock’s sake, I hope something changes.
Don’t be frank

Account Manager
As an Account Manager within Dhivya’s organization, I’ve been reviewing the recent expectation to escalate nearly all open cases. While the intent is clear, given the current environment, it raises questions around how this will be effectively... — read more
The "family" talk
I've noticed that "we're a family" usually comes right before a request to do something outside of normal expectations. They think found a way to make unreasonable demands feel reasonable. I fell for it the first few times, but not anymore. Fiserv is... — read more
DOW is up. FISERV is down
DOW is recovering. FISERV is not. Glad I’m out of my position (both the job and the stock).
Listen Up
There is no need to beat around the bush. Everyone know FISERV CIO has initiative to move all jobs to INDIA. The company is on a DOWNWARD SPIRAL for a LONG TIME. It does not INNOVATE. That is why we want AI, because there are already MINIMAL... — read more
If you're considering a startup, be careful
I was desperate for a way out of Fiserv and the opportunity looked amazing. What it ended up turning into was endless hours, impossible deadlines, and constant panic. Now I'm stuck because it's even harder to land a job than when I left. Even Fiserv... — read more

If you were laid off file a complaint with the EEOC. Let them investigate.
To those who believe their layoff is Unjustified..
Whether it is a fake PIP program based layoff or direct layoff, if you had a good track record yet you were laid off because you are a US Citizen while the manager wants to fill your position with a H1B visa holder.. As per USCIS's Employment visa... — read more
Layoffs Question!
What can be done legally if Americans are getting laid off while H-1B workers are not being affected, despite performing at the same level
What do they even base layoff selections on?
Seriously. I've seen everything at this point, and none of it makes sense. Sometimes it's the best performer on the team. Sometimes it's someone with a unique skill set. They also love going after people who've been here forever and actually know... — read more
Celebrating One Year, Fiserv-Free
One year ago I quit Fiserv, and I am constantly grateful to have made it out, thankfully to a much better position elsewhere. There were many things not to like, but my #1 complaint about Fiserv was that I was implementing "products" that were... — read more
To those laid off, what was your salary?
I’m curious if anyone who was laid off made six figures.
Fuel Costs and WFH
Riddle me this: Will Fiserv ever have the brains to permit WFH with exorbitant fuel costs that are imminent? Seriously, we were able to work 2.5 years from home with little issue. For those of us who live further away from the office and still... — read more
Any H1Bs laid off or was it all US citizens?
It looks line people that were let go were either US born or naturalized citizens.
Layoffs
This company lays off so many people every year just know this technique to replace people using AI and if they let go people then they can hire new people to get tax incentives for buildings
Who exactly is going to buy their products?
You know, once we're all replaced by AI and unemployed?
Impending Doom with AI ?
Isn’t it strange that AI is being pushed down our throats and the more we use it the better it’s able to get? Just seems like we are contributing to our own downfall here as a human race. I feel like it’s a natural instinct to opt out of something... — read more

Are “Needs Improvement” Employees Eligible for Severance and Unemployment?
Are employees being let go due to “needs improvement” eligible for severance and unemployment?
How likely is it that they're really going for 15%-20% cuts?
Seems crazy. But it's Fiserv. If true, survivors are sc--wed. Some teams are already on life support.
Next Phase?
Looks like leaders are being walked out today...
