Fiserv used to have its pick of top candidates. Now the pay and benefits are so poor that only the people who can't get hired elsewhere will take jobs here. Half the workforce is undervalued and it shows in the quality of new hires.

This company lays off so many people every year just know this technique to replace people using AI and if they let go people then they can hire new people to get tax incentives for buildings
