There is worse out there

Just my opinion, I think that this company was great to work for a decade ago. Within the last 7 or 8 years, they’ve had mass layoffs, removal of benefits, and other such measures that brings down morale. I came in right whenever this was all... — read more

Pointless company lost trust

Layoffs destroyed everyone’s trust and will take years to recover from. I think things will never change. The culture will likely never change. The mindset of leadership will likely never change. I think it’s better to update your resume and be... — read more

Scheduling and Planning

Scheduling and planning is an absolute nightmare. They went from a system in SAP to a new system in Maximo that added a middleman to take the place of an automated system. What a complete waste of man power and time! There is nothing like telling... — read more

Toxic Culture

Your mental health deteriorates working at Enbridge in Houston, Texas. If the high turnover in Supply Chain doesn’t cause any concern to headquarters than nothing will.

Higher raises for 2023 or watch the employees go.

Heard it from many in the last 4-6 months if wages do not come up after inflation pounding. And the 3% cut in 2020 which never recovered from at all. Will be heading off to other places of employment. Sad to lose more good experienced people.

Hemorrhaging engineers and clerical staff.

ENB is hemorrhaging engineers and clerical staff. Overheard that directors are panicking because their depts are being wiped out with folks leaving to work for consultants who allow WFH. The panick is that they don't have any help from above. I'm... — read more
