I've heard 5-10% across the board, informed choice given to the directors.
All useless GE related TIS folks should be fired starting from top. The LAB seems to be a failure but money is poured into it. Multiple folks working on cool sounding projects with no real business value.
Both. It takes all sorts of skills and knowledge to keep the company afloat. It wouldn’t run, well or otherwise, without office people and field people actually putting in effort.

- start by laying off the arrogant one who obviously doesn't understand the key role that operations plays in the safe distribution of gas & public safety
- then rotate people leaders every few years..lots of red flags will emerge when relocated & the integrity of the organization will no be at risk
