The level of burnout in TIS is unreal, I'm genuinely concerned for a lot of people's mental health. Has anyone else noticed this?

What is operations?
Not worth it. The company does not care about you or your health. There are better opportunities elsewhere.
Is the burnout related to all of the extra hours or is it related to the mental fatigue that is now the new normal here? I’ve noticed burnout more and more recently mostly caused by the dysfunction lately, not so much as a result of the hours.
Try working in operations.
Yes, burnout in TIS seems to be a significant, prevalent concern, but neither leaders nor HR seem to be concerned or willing to understand and address the root cause. My feeling is that tone from the top of the department has directly lead to the current "chew them up and sp-t them out" culture in TIS.
I haven't worked with a single employee in TIS in at least 5 years .... I have worked with dozens of external contractors, third party providers .... but no enbridge employees.
I thought that TIS was just business managers now, whom I generally find to be ticket takers, and just push your issues / requests to some external provider. That's if you can even get them to respond to anything .... it generally takes escalation up to directors and VP's to even get these managers to respond to a simple email, phone call, or teams message.
hate to be negative, cause obviously some people are overworked, but I wasn't even aware this group was even part of the company any more ....
Yup I see more and more people leaving for various reasons and other opportunities. Mangers are so disconnected and seem to take for ever to replace causing more and more of this cycle. This place is gone to the dumps
