It's a 25 percent increase to my current compensation. That's what helped me realize how underpaid I am at Enbridge. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I accepted, of course, and I'll be gone before the end of January. I would advise each of you to start applying. This place doesn't deserve the quality of employees it has.

Agree, underpaid for 6 years now, no promotion, no other opportunities, if you dont kiss a-s you may as well look elswere, sure I am looking and going after I received my bonus, more work is coming into our department but no recognition of lover level employees. People dont waste your time here just for poor Bonus, and Pay. There are better opportunities out there they dont deserve hard working honest people for sure not.

it's to be expected when you watch their compensation video. I'll save you the time-Enbridge doesn't seek to be a top employer in terms of compensation. they seek to compensate everyone in like with the median of every other similar position within the industry. you don't set yourself apart by deliberately sticking with the middle of the pack
