Another VWO

Another VWO is coming. Does anyone know exactly when? What does the next restructuring look like?

Don't think it will happen this year, assuming the Dominion transactions close as planned end of next year there will be a concerted effort to tighten belts in advance of the significant reorg costs when we begin integrating the companies into the fold.

VWO would possibly reduce the loss of good employees who are leaving the company seemingly continuously.
Opening up more senior positions that would satisfy young new employees

With 3 gas companies being bought there’s definitely some restructuring on the horizon. They will eventually merge/align at least some shared functions like HR, Supply Chain, IT, finance/accounting. It won’t make sense to keep the shared functions to separately. This is a big for profit corporation so cutting costs is not unusual. The company pays well but there’s always a chance that you might not retire here so always be prepared. After all layoffs is a norm for any company that needs to adjust to keep profitability at optimum level.

“Change to win”
If were lucky maybe we can come back as a contractor that way you can take all the liability and no legacy costs of a pension or benefits.
