I’m curious as to what people have heard about going rates for severance? Drive bys are starting to happen already.

It was 4.8. Minimum 16 weeks to a maximum of 104. I still have the statement. It won't be less than a voluntary offer.
the vdo did not pay out that well.. it was 4.5w/yr if i recall correctly and layoffs will not be as generous. You likely had less than 5yrs service as i believe it was minimum 25weeks

What is a "drive by"? People being let go individually versus en masses like October 2016?
- 8 weeks per year of service up to a maximum of 104 weeks, plus 2 years prorated STIP and pension and benefits. If you have 20 plus years you can do pretty well.
