This has been a reoccurring theme in various departments. Mini empires are created and then a series of layoffs takes them out. This is an endless loop. Just think of a bad dream that will never end. Groundhog's Day movie ring a bell? This is not a good company to work for. Too toxic and moral s**ks. SCM & TIS are bad departments to work for. There are few hard workers, the rest are lazy!
Not in TIS. Everyone is a Director now. Even Directors have Directors.
Good, way too many mini cultures that have gone undetected or unaltered for too long.
I hope they do. Way too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.
Way too many unproductive managers and directors creating mini empires.
