This is true in any organization and is reflective of the wrong people put into leadership positions.

It's more like too many Managers and Directors. GDS is one of the most bloated organizations I have seen. I hope they clean house with some of the geriatrics $h!ts who have stunted innovation and growth.

Going by the Spectra merger in 2017, it would seem to be 1000 in March 2024. Spectra merger deal announced in September 2016, made final in February 2017 and 1000 layoffs in March 2017.
