I have been moved to a manager and team I have no connection with. My old manager will still manage my workload and regular ftf but the actual manager is some other individual. I mean wtf? Then jobs for the boys ethic is thick here...

Sometimes I feel like just punching the card and getting that paycheck but career wise I want to get to next level. However, I don’t think Dell gives a lot of good work opportunities either. So it’s kind of a vicious circle.
