Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Another new article today

HR digest is now in the mix talking about low enps score leading to more layoffs... at least the press is talking about our troubles at Dell. Not that our leaders seem to care. Best is the interns posting 9n linkedin thanking dell for their time... yo read the room interns, they laid off a whole org! Keep your thanks to yourself!

@a8 When eNPS craters, customer NPS is not far behind.

Sorry you need an Apple News acct or the WSJ acct.
It talks about how the latest fad among CEOs is how much they can cutback on payroll without destroying the company. Long term viability be damned. When’s the company collapses the bonuses have already been paid. https://apple.news/AxmI-29FaSTa6m-Urj4bVfg

@a8 Dell employees can’t form a union. Stop suggesting it.

MD stopped pretending to care about people years ago. Elon showed all the tech CEOs that they can openly be awful to their employees and it won't hurt their net worth. The only thing that will cause the company to treat people better is MD losing a ton of money because of eNPS or employees joining a union.

JC continues to ruin this company on every level and MD doesnt seem to care.
