How many offsites do you think you need?

Listen ISG / CSG leadership. How many offsites do you really think you need? I know you like to feel big that you’re flying around between Hop and RR every month and spending millions in travel but flying around the same m0r0ns to make the same m0r0nic decisions doesn’t make sense.

The problem is you need new leadership. You aren’t it guys. You’re not innovative. You’re just not. You don’t have new products or services. You aren’t releasing anything mind blowing and you just aren’t getting the job done.

Because of your failure we all have to suffer. JCs on trick pony of a business strategy to lay off people ain’t working.

They people who need to go are you. Do us the favor and get out. We need new blood at the leadership level. Technologists. No people who make PowerPoints and excuses.

I haven't had an interaction with any of them where they haven't look like dead eyed sociopaths. Skip levels with them are horrific because it always seems like a trap. Your either going to have a good idea stolen or be punished for wholly factual info about them being bad at their jobs.

Tough to argue with current strategy - spent the previous 5-7 years trying to innovate and failing miserably (see: IoT, APEX, Cloud, Edge, Telco, market share declines in core businesses everywhere). Now, they’re accepting their fate to ride AI server trend and sending all the money back to investors instead.

They're made by program managers not "secrateries".

lol you really think THEY are making the powerpoints? Every "hands on" meeting or whatever tf they call them, those powerpoints are 100% made by secrataries.
