They keep trimming and keep trimming till theres hardly anyone to run territories. On top of that they expect us to win deals when they raise the prices and keep DOL’s high. We’re losing to everyone else and Dell leadership thinks the reason we’re losing is because we have too many reps… good luck.

Still no word on what is really happening. No word on when this round of layoffs will end. You have to wait for the good bye emails to know what is happening.

My guess is that they'll pretend it didn't happen and management will act like talking about it is somehow impolite. There will be some words about change and how change is always difficult, and this will probably be as much as we hear. Employees will continue to enable the dysfunction and the company will continue to pull in billions in profit every quarter. Business as usual!

No communication. You have to go into internal systems to find out the new reporting structure. Even then, it’s a work in progress.
