I’m becoming really worried. I started scouting for other options months ago, just to give myself some peace of mind ahead of the reorg. But it’s made me more anxious instead. It really isn’t good out there.
Has anyone heard their job outcomes yet?
I've been hearing that individuals have already had interviews for a possible position or have been told of their new position in the re-org already (PSG 25 and down) If you're in this psg, have you heard anything? Wondering if I'm considered left... — read more
Does severance agreement disqualify for unemployment in California?
For those that have received their severance agreement in CA, does the agreement disqualify us from seeking unemployment? I think since it's a lump sum we're ok on that front but does it mention anything about voluntarily resigning?

How are things looking on that front?
Patriotism

PSG Deflation

I’ve never worked with anyone in that office but might have to depending on the role I land. I’m curious to hear people’s experiences, good and bad.
Driving down PSGs
Digging into the selection jobs, I noticed what seems to be a trend towards lower psgs. When I brought this up to a member of my LT who EOI’ed, they confirmed this is entirely by design. Lower PSGs and fewer promotions will be the norm. It’s also had... — read more
