It looks like we didn’t completely put this out of its misery. JBG is a toxic, passive aggressive narcissist. While there were few tangible results, it seems he systematically dismantled the leadership from the one group that delivered them. Most of the remaining technical professionals are clamoring to get out now that the leaders who could stand up to JBG are gone. Full speed ahead on Engine 1 and RNG!

JG epitomizes all that is wrong with the current pack of Chevron leaders. This guy is as arrogant and narcistic as anyone in the copororation. He has dismantled experience and competence is every job he has had because he is intimidated by his shortcomings. Look at his woeful job leading MIDCON when he systematically pushed out high performing experienced people to replace with light weights all while he was preaching soft behaviors over results. Bad mouthed in front of lower level staff icons of chevrons success like JK, JW, JS and ETC VP. He is the one of the people CVX should release as he does not fit at all.
I thought they went in big with power. Isn’t there some big deal with GE? I’d heard that was all the work now.
