Did a lot of people in 1H get left standing with transition roles, or did they forget to include all the people in the announcements? I know a lot of people in 1H that weren't on the announcements that are still working. I'm not asking. They aren't telling.

Besides transition roles not included in the new org charts, does anyone think it’s strange how so many got jobs they didn’t apply for in the 25 and lower psgs? How is a company able to do that?
Chevron does not want any printed records of those that were let go or in closed positions, because anything in print (or file) can be used in a lawsuit. The lack of visibility makes it difficult to determine where your work mates ended up. There were a lot of names I did not see in the list but I don't know if they were out of scope or laid off.
I was in a transition job for 30 years! Definitely can make a career out of transition.
Transition roles not listed because they will eventually be severed
People who were deemed not in scope / closed positions were not listed in the announcements. So just bc you don’t see a name doesn’t mean someone was left standing. I know at least a few people in 25 and below jobs whose positions were closed.
I'm not aware of any positions out of scope except for < 2 year horizons engineers, O&M employees, and senior execs.
I noticed this too. How long do the transition jobs last?
The list doesn’t include those in transition roles. I am in one and not on the announcements list. It also doesn’t appear to include people who were in closed positions.
