Just had a meeting with director about B&C PDC. Can't break into S&T for the life of me and stuck with incompetent manager and toxic co-worker. I've had to put up with it for six years as well as 360 feedback due to inability of manager to have the ba--s to address the issue due to his own passivity.
Director is one of those people that will make you do an actual homework assignment for an interview. I know the PDC is competitive and they likely have candidates in mind, but the "let me find out more about you so I can crush your dreams while giving you to fale appearance that I'm advocating for you" BS is just so tired.
I've put up with the bullsh-t for six years and haven't complained. I'm complaining now. Get your sh-t together, C&RC.
