Anyone have any updates on our side? I have a friend over at HES that says it’s full steam ahead for them as if the merger is going to go through.

The acquisition will go through the decision at this point is how much money Chevron will owe Exxon to complete the purchase. Exxon never wanted to buy Hess, they wanted compensation for the investment. Exxon completely sc--wed over the country of Guyana for the rights to the Petroleum in their country, they are shrewd business investors.
