Anyone have any updates on what is exactly happening with Esurance once we are selling? How long will they keep the phone reps and processing reps? Any word of layoffs more so than going to a vendor?

The customer in Oklahoma City objected to his denied insurance claim. He pulled out a g-n and shot the LSP. Another employee was injured. The customer whos claim was denied ki---d himself in the office. Gateway has a safety message today.

I'm making the move in a couple months and any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
