The real winners were the employees in RMBC that were laid off. I'm in ASIC and am being transferred to the vendor. I am starting my job search now

Help me understand, RMBC had layoffs and ASIC saved Al jobs, yet ASIC leadership is the bad guy ? You can’t be serious?
Let me get this straight, there are people who actually believe that saving every ASIC job was a bad thing. You’re so focused on losing severance - after 40% lost in taxes and $1000 a month for Cobra insurance no one would be better off. I’m so thankful I’m not being laid off and neither are my friends!
Yeah. That's why half of RMBC is being laid off and no one from ASIC lost a job. RMBC thinks they are hot sh*t because the pompous egomaniac running it put that idea in all your heads.
RMBC has skills that ASIC would never have. Deal with it bottom feeders
rmbc leadership got the right thing done by their people. in asic they let corporate turn us into pawns and get the shaft. i guess we are supposed to remember being given blankets and just accept this injustice. asic leadership failed us and they failed themselves as people without strength and without integrity. at this point going to the vendor can't be any worse than the sham allstate has become.
