Good call @jof. Your right. They can’t think for themselves. That’s why India is calling and more than two years of fretting, they still don’t know whether to pick up the phone or not.
If you are in the U.S. just expect your 60 day notice is coming at some point. No need to hold out false hope otherwise. Not if but when. If you haven't gotten it now you will be getting it eventually.
