It will be much worst. We moved to CNX and currently we are taking UL calls all day in addition to LS calls. And the current UL team who still under allstate ccc are barley taking calls. Allstate workforce management decided to shift their work load to WNS and CNX Ls employees. So those UL rep with allstate are getting paid and we are the one who is doing their work. This sh---y company soon will be out of business.

To the original poster - First, it’s spelled “they’re” not their. SMH.

Second, please don’t speak for everyone in ASIC - everyone I’ve talked to is happy that no one is losing their job. I think ASIC leaders know exactly what they’re doing. We were told months ago that some would lose their job and now NO ONE IS!! Yes, we either rebadge to WNS or move to Benefits area but we ALL have a job. In this economy I am so relieved. I am so glad I don’t have to try and search for another job with similar benefits and I can continue working from home. This was the best outcome for most!!

It surprises me that 2 or 3 bad eggs can’t see that this is far better than a few weeks of severance which will be highly taxed and then having to buy Cobra insurance - there won’t be anything left to live on while you search for a comparable job!

In reply to the person who said "The CCC is the department that is licensed."
All of us who are Licensed were told that out of everyone who could be impacted, we would be the safest. After that early "Hey, something may happen, but we don't know who or where, or when, but stay positive! It's 'business as usual', don't lose productivity!" Etc.. The people who were truly in position to potentially be the safest employees were all still hit with the sudden rushed option to either sign away to a vendor, or be considered as choosing to leave the company... right before Christmas.
From what I hear WNS is a much better option than CTRX, as the latter allegedly may not be offering the things agreed upon in the contract. Allegedly.

Ask around.

How dare we expect agents to handle their books of business. The nerve of us!

To the last post. ASIC stands for Allstate Service Information Center. We aren't licensed so there isn't much we can do. We just tell you as an agent how to solve the issue such as submit wsr or process endorsement. The CCC is the department that is licensed. I think the confusion is some agents think we service the policy but it's the agents job and we just help you on what to do. The customer can either call the CCC directly or use an agent. ASIC is not the customer's agent

Can I just say when i chat with asic i can tell multiple things. First they are at home most likely. second, nothing is ever resolved anymore. it's always they transfer it to a different department or they just say submit a wsr. I have given up completely on chat. Nothing will get done there. They just want to get rid of you and get to the next chat. its like a verizon customer service that they will never chat with you again so who cares. This is saving the company money. No support.

As someone who has been overlooked many time for better roles and positions I understand now why. The leadership of this department is not skilled enough to know superior talent. And they themselves are threatened by those who could likely do their jobs better. Can't wait to get to WNS and away from these overrated leaders.

Yeah, I agree with below poster. WNS leaders seemed a lot better and more professional than those we have running ASIC. They seem to even understand Allstate more already. I never realized how terrible ASIC leadership has been until I get more and more into WNS. I think we will be better off in WNS. Seems like ASC leaders should be front line employees when you think about it.

I do have a little more optimism after the town hall. WNS leaders seemed more competent than our allstate leaders and willing to make changes to line up with our pay and pto.
