Allstate currently is all over the place! They increase rated by over 25% on average and in many cases over 45% and expect customer to stay with the company. They are hiring 3rd party vendor employees to be in customer service and the give them the least amount of training and that impacted tge quality of service provided to the customers and costs customers thousands of dollars because of the mistakes done on daily basis by incompetent employees. There is no accountability and the rebadging process made things getting worst. Employees feels lost because they don't know who is running the show and who is holding employees accountable. Majority of employees feels lost in the space . I wont be surprised of the chaotic insurance filed for bankruptcy by the end of this year. CA rate increases are 80-100% for most polices and 45-50% for TX and GA.
This company is the prefect example of bad business model.

Billy Patel doesn't care. He is leaving the sh-----g street to indoor plumbing. He is happy it's a dumpster fire here. Tom Wilson is the next Ghandi for him since he is creating so many new jobs for him and his neighbor's.
Well when you’ve been treated like Sh_t for years you’d be crying like a baby too ! Can’t take the constructive true criticize mods? Hahahaha. Time for Allstate to change course or managers and off shore geniuses will be the only ones left to handle claims !
OMG….can you folks cry anymore? Have you seen what going on in the different sectors of the business world. Most of you continue to act entitled and are numb to the rest of the country’s economy. Any of you talk to employees of Google, etc recently. Or you could simply find them on this site.
The trash in the dumpster has been on fire for over a decade. Smoldering and spewing toxic smoke throughout the company. What was once a great American Icon has been transformed into a gutted lifeless shell. Apparently there is a plan on the horizon but maybe not on this continent.
They absolutely didn't raise rates by 100 percent in California nor 50 percent in TX and GA. A company with a value of 50 billion dollars doesn't go bankrupt.
