Shut down the departments as soon as the announce. Go into permanent away and refuse to take chats. Refuse to process. Refuse to service. Refuse to underwrite. Refuse the orders of these walking overpaid trash heaps. The want to get rid of us? Then let us show them how it is without us. There are already many brave souls on board. You are all a bunch of inept weird self serving weirdos. I am talking about employees, leaders, department heads, directors, agents...all of you. Allstate has become such a dysfunctional, disturbing, out of control company that it has become an asylum of crazies. Allstate has become the really bad sitcom of the insurance industry. A sad sad place with no direction and no real purpose anymore. I stick around for a fair paycheck, health insurance, and PTO. I get laid off then so be it. I mean you can get away with doing whatever you want so have fun! Watch the silliness and madness and enjoy yourselves! No need to be bitter and angry. You are getting paid to be in a real life version of The Office. Relish it. There is no consequences and no purpose. So just collect the checks and enjoy the show! This company is absolutely no reason to stress or apply yourself because no one cares anymore!
I get the anger and frustration but seriously lighten up. It's just a job.
You work for Allstate. I highly doubt you can afford a lawyer. I wish you well in your journey though. So many crimes and abuses committed at all levels of Allstate leadership. However they are all so consumed by the Allstate poison that they think they are just doing their job.
I will be in away and smoking weed and drinking tequila on the company's dime like most of the rest of my team once they give us our 60 days. And if they try to force us to work during that 60 day notice or force us to the vendor or another half assed department in Allstate I already have a lawyer to take everything they own and those leaders will be living under and overpass. I will own them. They will be wiping my a-s for pennies to eat ramen noodles while living in their cars. These bi----s don't know hard life. I'm coming for it all. I will own the hair growing out of their scalps. They will have to pay me rent to allow them to have hair on their heads.
