I received 5% for BTE from 2019 and 6% for BTE from 2020-2021...we'll see what 2022 brings. Already received BTE conversation for 2022 but merit discussions later this month,

You can believe what you'd like. I've always received a 3-5% increase for an Expected rating in my 10 years with the company. I do agree the 8% is out of the norm for BTE but it's a smaller department that they are in.

4% for E and 8% for BTE Is unheard of in my 17 years. I don’t believe it.

Increase of 4% for Expected rating. Friend in another department is receiving an an increase of 8% for BTE rating.

Our whole department was done by end of day yesterday. We get merit discussions later in February.
