I have a meeting set up with HR regarding this ridiculous forcing to vendors. On initial conversation things with the vendor are not what we were led to believe and it seems we were not told everything about options and our employee rights. Interesting. Imagine that....someone in Allstate leadership not being honest. Sneaky Snakes! #Allsnake

Lawyering up comes after the id--ts in HR gives you more ammo. Learn to play the game. This isn't my first rodeo cutting a check with a major company for something like this.
Tell me I’m wrong. Grunts don’t have money to lawyer up. Man up, get a license and a better education.
Why would you talk to HR?
Lawyer up
You DO have a choice.
You can take what is offered.
Or you can quit.
Another example of Allstate lying to employees faces, faking sympathy and spinning it as the best possible outcome just to be dumped to a vendor so they can save paying severence.
Trust me. Allstate has all their legal and HR ducks in a row regarding this. We're all f*cked.
Do you honestly think that hr and legal wasn't involved in this already?
At least Tom Wilson treats people with respect.
Agreed OP. Do not sign a thing for the vendor before talking to HR. I was even advised of this by my leader.
