Man, you guys are so silly. You asked for bonus opportunity and you got it. Celebrate.
Problem is it wasn’t based on anything you can actually impact and doesn’t really follow the trail of what others are paid on. You took the bait…..and you guys think your so smart. I’m surprised you guys can find a grocery store without help.

Promised ? Do you people know how to read ? There was no promise. Goals needed to be met , it was also based on growth, which was slowed due to Various economic factors. You all sound ignorant crying about a “promised bonus”

Please let us be respectful of the company who hands out our paychecks. That’s well enough for me. A bonus is not warranted. My pay is good enough for me, a father of four along with my wife. There are so many people out there who are unemployed. I’m thankful to have this job. We all should. And I have a few friends who were gently laid off from Allstate. They understand why and still love and respect the company they once worked for.

They will manufacture a way to fu-k is on the bonus, with the exception of the Executive Board. They will spend the money on Stock Buybacks and fu-k the claims worker over.
Our leader ‘bout shed a tear of false gratitude when it was proposed and dangled in front of us unsuspecting peasants last year. If Tommy boy gives us anything in way of a bonus it will be because of his pea pickin sweet heart. Bahahahahaa
The bonus was based on policy retention and this company cannot retain a thing. They knew damn well that wouldn't happen. More lies and falsities from the compulsive liars in Chi-town.
