Not sure if this qualifies as a layoff but we were just informed our job title was being eliminated at the end of the year. At least we got a heads up.

I quit this "TU-D" and their narcassistic management back in March after 14 years. I built my own Company on the side while listening to these id--ts.

Windstream created ERGs for specific societal segments. Today 6 new Directors, 5 belong to one of the special Employee Resource Groups. How far does it need to go before we can call it biased and discriminatory??

Does anyone have any details on which groups might be most affected by the possible upcoming layoffs? I know no one is safe, but maybe some groups are less safe than others.
