It can’t happen soon enough. It’s bad enough I have to call in several times a day because the apps we are told to use hardly ever work but then to hear babies crying or dogs barking and Mexican music playing in the background makes these phone calls even more difficult to make.
GET BACK TO WORK. QUIT WHINING.
Somehow the vaxed thinks they are special. The naturally covered have real immunity. So go back to the office if your vaxed. Right !!!!
You to huh? My entire group has also moved to WFH. With people spending less time jaw jacking with each other there is a lot more getting done.
At the same time the 'climbers' that spent their time networking have all disappeared as management noticed they never actually do anything.
I was much lazier in the office talking to these fools away from my desk or getting stuck in group convos. Our dept has piled many more tasks on us since going to WFH and our dept is now permanent WFH. The ONLY people who don't like WFO are micro-managing managers, which are about as useless as these new contracted analyst all over the place.

I think you mean nobody wants to because they are lazy. The virus could disappear tomorrow and people would still pretend to be afraid so they could stay home indefinitely.

I dont think my dept is going back into the office. Nobody has seen or heard from our manager or director in well over a year. Honestly I’m not sure if either even work here anymore. Some departments all together have disappeared while we were working from home. He-l, if my paycheck didnt hit my acct I wouldnt even be sure of I still worked at Windstream.......
