People keep disappearing

Every day someone else seems to disappear from the business. It doesn't feel like anyone is safe. People fearing for their jobs (and still annoyed about the FY22 bonus shambles). Thanks to HR for organising sometime to lead doodling sessions... — read more

This company has officially gone mad

Winning in FY24: Goals setting in now LIVE!

I have to say that the email I've just received this morning with this subject from our top HR representative has made me rather angry. Typo in the subject aside.... if Synamedia really expects its employees to set meaningful goals that can motivate... — read more

Who and what to blame the most?

I used to be proud to work here but these days I often get angry when I see what the company has turned into. It's hard to tell who should take the most blame for such a shameful fall.

Help! I'm in an abusive relationship

Can we have a coup d'etat and get rid of these losers? Really they are useless. They are running this once beautiful company into the ground. NT is really the only one with any cred.

Demotivating employees is what they do best

Motivating employees to give their best is something this leadership is not very good at. However, when it comes to demotivating employees, they are able to do so very effectively. Does anyone remember the last time they did something that actually... — read more

They have no control over anything

Our leadership always has an excuse ready and never takes responsibility for anything. But when they choose to blame external factors or the economic situation for all the bad things, then they actually admit that they don't really have much... — read more

Terrible atmosphere

There are many of you who have been here much longer than I have, so I'm wondering, has the atmosphere ever been worse than it is now? I have no motivation for work at all.

Giving promotions while doing layoffs?

I don't understand the logic behind promoting some while at the same time laying off others. Maybe they are doing that to preserve the morale of the remaining employees? I see no other reason for such a practice.

More layoffs in Jerusalem

Extent not fully known, at least a few more dozens in various lines. Seems inevitable, we all realize Synamedia is a ghost ship on steroids. Still sad to watch even from the outside. Sic transit gloria mundi, hail to the thieves...

So SG is down?

ServiceGuard is shutting down. Will those who worked in SG related groups remain? We are toldd we will have decisions in a few days.

Bonus newsflash

For those not keeping up with the issue date of payslips. There's no bonus payment in the April pay. Having been strung along by the disingenuous cretin for over 6 months now, there's really no choice but to start legal action against the company... — read more

Synamedia to close head office

In order to further demotivate employees the “leadership” team at synamedia has decided to close the head office.

#Wrong Stuff

Nepotism is alive and well at Synamedia. The lay-offs would certainly make sense based on the financial situation of the company even though heartlessly carried out prior to Christmas by a company that allegedly supports diversity, inclusion but... — read more
