Plaintiff Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco") brings this action asserting claims for breach and anticipatory breach of contract, and for declaratory judgment, against Synamedia Ltd. f/k/a Triton UK Bidco Limited ("Synamedia"). The claims arise principally out of Synamedia's alleged breaches of a Purchase Agreement into which the parties entered on April 30, 2018.
