Useless and patronising HR
I heard the follow up to his memoir, will be “The Hobbits Speech”. A heart warming tale about how he overcomes adversity, to stop saying umm errr every other word.
We knew there would be no bonus for FY22 and most likely FY23 when that weasel CFO abruptly quit after destroying everything in sight.
I’ve seen a number of resignations within the Finance team, people who are probably waiting on big bonus pay outs yet have still decided to leave……guess they know something us engineers don’t.
I heard that he is headed back to the shire to write his memoir "There and back again, A Hobbits Holiday".

Normally when there is a loss of confidence in leadership the PE firm (Board) will remove the ELT and try to steady the ship themselves, I doubt that useless Head of HR is even on their radar but if she is still around I would be amazed
Hopefully the entire useless HR team rather than just one!
