Was it September or October the bonus announcement was originally deferred from?

Legal advice, yes. The advice was that it is a breach of contract and that the first stage of proceeding further was issuing a formal letter (headed paper) costing ~£750.
Problem with a group action is the solicitor is then taking instruction from everyone simultaneously - think herding cats.
Has anyone actually taken any legal action for breach of contract or just a lot of complaining on here? makes sense for all legal complaints to pool together
Hi all, ELT are getting a special bonus in June which is used to fund their subscription in a new class of shares. These news shares are at the top of the waterfall on an exit. It's not clear whether this bonus is in addition to their FY22 bonus or instead of

I wasnt once they moved the meeting in June. Still it would be nice if Paul could man up and take questions from the audience, rather than have HR filter them out the tricky ones.
Yet again, why were you guys expecting the bonus before the announcement? We will get our "bonus update" next week. which will probably be "bonus update in November"
