Motivating employees to give their best is something this leadership is not very good at. However, when it comes to demotivating employees, they are able to do so very effectively. Does anyone remember the last time they did something that actually raised morale here?

JOY - You can relaunch spotlight recognition 100 times, nobody will give two sh!ts
ACTION - Why bother? You will layoff those same people in 6 months
LEAD - What growth? Company has been shrinking for 4 years, why change now?
BOLD - What the f#cK does that even mean?
CURIOUS - Yeah, I am really curious which of you clowns came up with these values?
I haven't been motivated for ages. I haven't even done any work this month. No one fu----g cares
"not very good at" lol. They're terrible.
Are you fricking kidding me. Let's announce a new set of company values that don't even make sense. My pet llama could have come up with better ones. HR think that this will be the perfect band aid to the non payment of bonus pain.
Then our illustrious ELT don't even understand the nature of the business (CRs etc) and think they don't need sales guys any more. When our products are this sh-t, sales guys are the only hope we got.
