Morale is rock bottom, departments are still being axed and people are leaving, taking huge amounts of knowledge with them.
We will struggle to support existing customers now and things will only get worse over time. They are literally letting the company fall apart.

It's been more than 10 years since this was a growing company. No hiring, no risk taking.
The old products are tired. No one is buying the new products. No one.
As is always the case with private equity, there is a vast amount of crippling debt. Clearly the investors have lost trust - look at their refusal to write blank cheques to cover the bonus promises!
There is no soul. There's nothing of any value left and no one really cares.

what is certain is that there is a grand total of 7 jobs available on the synamedia website . 4 in India , 3 in Canada. According to my calculations that is a record low

Surely you realize that Syna isn't doing anything new - the layoffs started less than 6 months after they took over control from Cisco, and have only accelerated ever since.
In fact, layoffs were the only constant during the time Cisco over Service Provide Video, going back to the massive early retirement offerings in 2011.
