We save money by getting rid of the people first.
The problem with all these corporate values statements: you have to show your values by doing, that's when people believe you. What you say means zilch.
I dunno, maybe we fired people first before the monsters in management?

CEO CFO and all other executive clowns should be forced to recite IN PERSON to those "good humans' that they are laying off.
