It can happen any time…

So far Gainwell has never addressed any of the layoffs to the workforce or publicly. New leadership at ceo same fear in the workforce. If you think “it won’t happen to me” you are a fool. Really - a town hall with the new ceo and they want to... — read more

The incompetence and poor management at Gainwell…

Gainwell is amazingly miss managed by incompetent people. I work in the biggest money account to Gainwell and I can’t believe how poorly it is managed. The biggest account and it is ran by a bunch of people that have no clue what they are doing. We... — read more

Paul Saleh ousted

Paul Saleh has been replaced by Mark Knickrehm as Chairman and CEO as of today.

People leave unprofessional managers

Another colleague of mine left recently. I'd say that the main reason people leave this place is management who can't handle people more competent than themselves?

NEW "Unlimited" Vacation policy limited to 15 days?

How do we all feel about the new limits to the "Unlimited Vacation"? Limited to 10 consecutive days with a 30 day pause before any more vacation days. On top of that you can only do 15 days a year until your boss and their boss need to approve any... — read more

Let me get this straight

Saleh lays off thousands, right? The majority of these folks are experienced and educated. Then he turns around and hires inexperienced people instead of moving the experienced and educated people. Yeah that’s some good leadership right there… My... — read more

I’m over it

I’m done with this company. F this place. Damn leaders suck. Some of the worst. CEO is a joke. Doesn’t give a rats a-s about any employee. Growing pains my a-s. This place is a toxic cesspool of bad leaders that begin at the top with Paul Saleh. F... — read more

Time to walk away

After 2 years at Gainwell it’s past time to walk away. Hearing constantly from leadership that we are strong and doing well, yet behind the curtain layoffs are happening. Threats of people losing their jobs is a real thing that happens daily. And the... — read more

Biggest leadership mistakes

I personally don't know anyone who isn't actively trying to find another opportunity. Almost everyone is looking for something new. It's sad how this company has been ruined by bad leadership moves of which there are so many that it's hard to... — read more

Reason for Layoffs Announced

I heard there was a big meeting with Exec VP Aneesh Sharma yesterday. Apparently Gainwell received $6.1 million from the board eight months ago to put toward business development efforts. They used that money to hire people. The money has run out and... — read more

Gainwell Layoffs Effective Today

Layoffs today in Sales and Business Development. I was one of those impacted. Told this morning that today is my last day. Only one week of severance. Very depressing and sad. I was one of many. I heard 20 percent of Sales and BD being laid off... — read more

Got away from DXC. Promised a great employee experience. Instead we got branded mugs and 2% raises against double digit inflation. And these fatheaded executives have town halls where they tell us what we REALLY want... we want recognition. We... — read more

Gainwell, a failed identity

Remember when they touted an unmatched employee experience? Remember when they talked about employee recognition? Remember when they talked about creating an identify for Gainwell? These things have gone radio silent. A constant push to meet... — read more

WFRs. Seems like 12/09 was the last day for the latest round of WFRs.

Seems like 12/09 was the last day for the latest round of WFRs. Also, today's email from the CEO mentioned that some guy and his group are no longer here. It's impossible to know how many were impacted. I know of two good coworkers impacted.

We'll probably see more cuts in the coming months

The tech sector is falling apart and we are part of it. Funny thing is, many of us are hoping to be cut. I've heard that severance is decent, so why not accept it and start over somewhere else? GT is certainly not what it once was, so I'd have no... — read more

Welcome back to DXC !

It's that time again folks! Our desperate Execs are looking for their bonuses and looking to position Gainwell for sale and realizing that they set up highly unrealistic financial targets. The desperation to achieve these made up targets has... — read more

Gainwell Pay Increases

Any word on raises? Is Gainwell going to invest in their employees? When will our pay be adjusted for inflation? The inflation is high, we probably lost about 20% of our pay over last three years of inflation.

Why do you stay?

Watch out Gainwell employees

Saleh has found HMS sycophants to feed his ego. Lucky for them, they didn’t go through the torture he created at DXC. Watch out, if you are part of the legacy business you will soon be replaced by HMS people with big titles.
