If you have ever worked with or around Karen Shields you would know that she is one of the worst leaders to be given a title.
She is appropriately named Karen.
Agreed. The leadership team at Gainwell is the bottom of the barrel. That’s why they don’t go somewhere else and get a big title leadership job. Because they can’t. Any reputable company won’t hire them.
The way they lead Gainwell is frightening.
Just more validation that the leadership at Gainwell can’t lead the company to success.
This is going to continue until they go bankrupt or the new buyer takes over.
Anyone with half a brain would steer clear of this company.
