I read something today about the 12 ways to destroy a culture. Here they are. And it looks like Gainwell is guilty of them all.

- Fail to recognize good work
- Keep employees in the dark
- Promote the wrong people
- Don’t develop people
- Pay lip service to values
- Work in silos
- Allow bureaucracy
- Restructure (badly)
- Refuse to adapt
Pretty tough to pick which one they are most guilty of.
