I read something today about the 12 ways to destroy a culture. Here they are. And it looks like Gainwell is guilty of them all.

  1. Disrespect people
  2. Don’t clarify roles
  3. Micromanage
  4. Fail to recognize good work
  5. Keep employees in the dark
  6. Promote the wrong people
  7. Don’t develop people
  8. Pay lip service to values
  9. Work in silos
  10. Allow bureaucracy
  11. Restructure (badly)
  12. Refuse to adapt

Pretty tough to pick which one they are most guilty of.
